Do I pay extra fee for booking?

Yes, it is levied at 25% of room rate per night.

How to make a prepayment for the reservation, if I am a private person?

The advance payment can be made:

  • Cash in the hotel. For this it is necessary to have the booking number or booking confirmation, obtained by you from your hotel. 
  • By credit card at booking. 
  • Cashless payment through the bank. To do this you need to send an e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it your full name, TIN number, address of registration. We’ll invoice and send it to you by fax.

How long will wait for me a room which I have reserved?

1. At the guaranteed booking , reservation is kept for the visitor within the first reserved day. At the guaranteed booking payment should be made before arrival of the visitor in hotel (the minimal sum of payment - for day of residing in number of the chosen category). 
2. At not guaranteed booking (not paid before arrival of the visitor) booking is taken in day of prospective arrival after 18:00 on local time.

My plans have unexpectedly exchanged. How to refuse reserved room?

To remove reservation without the penalty probably not later than one day prior to arrival.

Arrival and departure

Time of arrival and departure from the hotel?

Departure is carried out till 12:00, arrival after 14:00. Cleaning of rooms is from 12:00 till 14:00.

What documents are necessary for having at arrival in hotel?

The documents proving the identity, necessary for the registration account at settling in hotel are:

  • The passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • The birth certificate – for the persons who have not reached 14-years age;
  • The passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, for the persons constantly living outside the Russian Federation.

What is the early arrival?

Checkout time in hotel is 12:00. The settlement in rooms before specified time (from 00:00 till it is considered early arrival) is made only at availability of empty seats.

Whether it is possible to settle in a room earlier then 12.00?

At availability of free rooms you can call in till 12:00. If necessary the guaranteed early arrival, it is necessary for you to pay additional day of residing in 100%.

If I have no time to leave up to a checkout time (12:00), how many I should pay?

Departure after a checkout time is paid:

  • From 12:00 till – hourly payment;
  • From 18:00 till – 50 % from cost of number;
  • From 24:00 – full cost of number.

Conditions of residing

How many persons can be placed in a double room?

No more than 2 persons. The third person is placed for an extra charge.

What is included in cost of residing?

In cost of residing are included the VAT and a breakfast for the rooms "Studio" and "Standard"

Whether I can take advantage of phone in room for realization city, international and long distance calls?

Yes, you can. City calls are free, international and long distance calls are for an extra charge.

The child up to how many years is placed in number without an extra charge?

Children till 10 years without granting additional seat live in hotel free-of-charge.

Is in the hotel an exchange office?

In a building of hotel there is no exchange office. There is the exchange office in radius of 500 meters from hotel.

Is in the hotel Wi-Fi?

Yes, it is. Operative range of a network – all floors of hotel. To get access, it is necessary to get cards at the manager.
