Estimated time

The checkout time is (time of departure) – 12:00.

Time of arrival is – from 14:00.

If it is necessary for you to be late in hotel a little bit longer, in advance inform on it to the manager of the hotel and pay prolongation of the residing (under condition of the availability of rooms).

In case of a delay of departure staying the payment for residing is raised in the following order:

• no more than 6 hours after a checkout time - hourly payment;
• from 6 till 12 o'clock after a checkout time – a payment for half of a day;
• from 12 till 24 o'clock after a checkout time – a payment for a full day.

At residing less than one day, irrespective of the time of the arrival, the payment is raised for a day.

The payment of bills

Accounts can be paid by:

• cash (rubles)
• major credit cards
• by bank transfer (for legal entities).

Room rates are inclusive of the VAT and include breakfast and disposable sets for rooms category "Standard" , "Studio" and "Komfort"

Extra bed

The supplement per additional person per room - 1000 rubles.

Children

Children under 10 years are placed in the same room with parents without extra bed free of charge.

Pets

In the hotel room is allowed to live with the animals if you have an appropriate documents to the animal.

Reservation

Cancellation Policy:

• In the case of no-show guest, if the guaranteed reservation was not canceled 24 hours before arrival (before 12:00 the day preceding the day of arrival), with a guest or organization is held the first night. With a guaranteed reservation payment must be made prior to arrival, a guest at the hotel (the minimum amount of payment - for the night in a room of your choice).
• With non-guaranteed reservations (unpaid guest prior to arrival) reservation is taken on the day of the alleged arrival after 18:00 local time.
